Gently remove flowers from their wrapping.
Fill at least a third of a clean vase with water and add nutrient packets if any. You may also add 1-2 drops of antiseptic disinfectant to reduce bacteria growth and extend the blooming period of flowers.
Trim stems at a 45-degree angle to encourage water absorption and at varying lengths depending on your arrangement design.
Every 2-3 days, trim stems a further 1-2 cm and repeat the instructions in step 2.
Place flowers in a well-ventilated area and avoid direct sunlight exposure. Do not spray water onto the flower petals.

An order is eligible for a proportional refund if more than 10% of flowers arrive with serious damage, such as broken necks or rotting blossoms that go beyond regular wear and tear.
For instance, if 4 flowers in an order of 20 flowers arrive damaged, you may be refunded 4/20 of the original price.
The condition of flower stems and leaves are not included in the consideration of a refund. Please find a detailed overview of flower blossom conditions that are not eligible for refund:
- Flowers blooming too early or too late
- Flowers not blooming at all
- The blossom size, scent and/or colour are not as expected
- Flowers arrive with minor deterioration as a result of the transportation process
Please make sure your order is correct upon receipt; any problems must be noted within 6 hours by sending a photo of the order to customer service. No refunds will be accepted beyond 6 hours, and in case of any dispute, the decision of Weeklybulbs shall be final.

1. The flowers are for display only and please do not eat. People with pollen allergies should be cautious and mindful.
2. Pet-friendly means that if a pet accidentally eats a small part of the flower, leaf or stem, they will not be in a life-threatening danger. However, if a pet eats a large amount and is poisoned, Weeklybulbs shall not be responsible. It is recommended that pet owners place flowers away from your pets or train them not to eat flowers.
3. Each farm has different packaging for their flowers and some farms do not provide any water-retaining gel.
4. All flowers are freshly cut without any processing and treatment like removing dead leaves or thorns. The flowers you receive are very different from what you usually see in the florist shop – before blooming. They will fully bloom after a few days of care and last way longer than the flowers in the shops.
5. Flowers would lose water during transportation. They need to be trimmed and soaked in deep water immediately to get rehydrated. Depending on the flowers, it usually takes 4-10 hours to be fully rehydrated.
6. The prices of the flowers fluctuate on a daily basis depending on the production volume and festival seasons.
7. Due to seasonal reasons, stems, colors and sizes may vary. The pictures are for reference only.
8. If there is no shortage of production or the quality of the flowers you ordered is not up to our satisfactory level, we will either refund you or replace with similar flowers subject to your agreement.
9. Our flowers are mainly for home use and we do not recommend you to gift them directly.
10. Delivery may be delayed in case of force majeure such as boarder control and severe weather (black rain and T8 signal). Weeklybulbs will do its best to inform its customers and deliver as close as possible to the original delivery date.
11. Weeklybulbs shall not be responsible if the flowers are lost at the pick up spot due to late pick up.
