1. The flowers are for display only and please do not eat. People with pollen allergies should be cautious and mindful about their orders.
2. Pet-friendly means that if a pet accidentally eats a small part of the flower, leaf or stem, they will not be in a life-threatening danger. However, if a pet eats a large amount and is poisoned, please send them to the vet immediately and Weeklybulbs shall not be responsible. It is recommended that pet owners place flowers away from your pets or train them not to eat flowers.
3. Each farm has different packaging for their flowers and some farms do not provide any water-retaining gel.
4. All flowers are freshly cut without any processing and treatment like removing dead leaves or thorns. The flowers you receive are very different from what you usually see in the florist shop – they will fully bloom after a few days of care and last way longer than the flowers in the shops.
5. Flowers would lose water during transportation. They need to be trimmed and soaked in deep water immediately to get rehydrated. Depending on the flowers, it usually takes 4-10 hours to be fully rehydrated.
6. The prices of the flowers fluctuate on a daily basis depending on the production volume and festival seasons.
7. Due to seasonality, stems, colors and sizes of the same flower may vary slightly. The pictures are for reference only.
8. If there is shortage of production or the quality of the flowers you ordered is not up to our satisfactory level, we will either refund you or replace with similar flowers subject to your agreement.
9. Our flowers are mainly for home use and we do not recommend you to gift them directly.
10. The deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted, a black rainstorm warning is in effect, serious flooding or roads are blocked or closed due to unexpected condition. Weeklybulbs will do its best to inform its customers and deliver as close as possible to the original delivery date.
11. Weeklybulbs shall not be responsible if the flowers are lost at the pick up spot due to late pick up.
12. Please make sure you have read the above. In case of any dispute, the decision of Weeklybulbs shall be final.
