Before Purchasing
Very Simple! Just place your order before Thursday 6pm and leave it with us to deliver to you on Sunday if you choose delivery, otherwise it will be available for pickup in Sheung Wan on Sunday.
You can use any of the payment method listed below: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal. Please contact us if you want to use FPS, Payme, Alipay, wechat pay or Bank transfer
Should you want to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please kindly inform us before 6PM on Thursday before the cutoff time for the same Sunday delivery. Later cancellations or modification will not be refunded. You may cancel or skip an order by contacting us by email at contact@weeklybulbs.com before the above mentioned time limits.
We source all the flowers from reputable farms in Yunnan, China, the largest fresh cut flower hub in Asia.
It depends on which flower you have ordered and it is larged impacted by the weather. Flowers generally last longer in winter than in summer.
However, all of our flowers are directly shipped from the farm to you without waiting in the shop for days to bloom. They generally last longer than what you have bought from the shop.Please note that our flower does not come in fancy packaging. The packaging is simple but designed to protect the flowers during shipping process. We would totally recommend you to gift your friends or loved ones if they understand that.
Depending on the seasonality sometimes the flowers are not available e.g. there is no Tulips in summer. But if you have any special requirement on the flowers please reach out to us and we are happy to add them into our offer list if available.
Delivery & Pick-up
To ensure the freshness of the flowers, we deliver as soon as possible and we could not promise to deliver at a certain time.
The delivery person will contact you and leave the flowers in your nominated place (e.g. in front of your door, management downstairs…).
A delivery fee of HK$80 (Hong Kong and Kowloon Island) or HK$120 (New Territories) shall apply to orders less than HK$499. Our delivery service excludes outlying islands except Lantau.
Yes! There is no minimum spending for self pick-up. Please refer to "Contact" tab for pick up location
Subscription
We’ll take the full payment on the day you sign up for it. You can pause or redirect your delivery any time.
Your subscription will include seasonal flowers. These will include customer favourite single stem such as roses, tulips, peonies, hydrangeas, and more - dependant on seasonality.
If you need to make any changes to your subscription, whether its the date, address or frequency please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help make any changes for you.
Yes! You can buy a subscription for yourself or for someone else. But please make sure they are not expecting a fancy bouquet!
